Mazda North America Operations recently reported 25,616 unit sales in September for its best U.S. sales in 21 years for a 7-percent increase over September 2014. Year to date, the automaker has achieved 241,701 unit sales.
The following Mazda vehicles pushed the brand to incredible sales for the month of September:
- The Mazda CX-3 saw 1,340 unit sales in its first month on the market.
- The Mazda CX-5 earned 9,107 unit sales for a 13-percent increase along with its best September ever.
- The Mazda6 marked 4,528 unit sales for a 6-percent jump and its best September sales since 2004.
- The Mazda CX-9 tallied 1,559 unit sales for a 22-percent year-over-year jump in sales and its best September in three years.
Finally, the all-new 2016 Mazda MX-5 enjoyed its best September in eight years with 940 unit sales for a 127-percent increase over the same month last year.
