Late last month, Mazda announced that the 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata had been named a 2016 AUTOMOBILE magazine All-Star! The impressive and popular roadster is one of seven all-new vehicles that was selected by the publication to be on its annual list of the best vehicles available on the market today. In order to determine those vehicles that will be named to the “All-Stars” list, the judges at AUTOMOBILE magazine evaluated 25 contenders at the Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch as well as on road loops. The editors appreciated the 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata for its fun-to-drive personality and unrivaled open-top experience. Mike Floyd, editor-in-chief, AUTOMOBILE magazine, had this to say about the roadster:
